Even if I had not received this enquiry from you, it was my intention to let Presto know just how good we thought the service was on our two fantastic tours this week. The tour of the Vatican Museum etc on Wednesday 16th was just great. Our guide, Ryan, was excellent and so informative and took such time to answer questions and to make sure that we saw as much as possible. He made it seem as fresh to him as it was to us, even although I know that he has taken thousands of people through the same experience.
On Thursday 17th we had the great privilege of touring the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Forum with a real gentleman and expert from whom we learned so much. I am ashamed to say that his name escapes me......although I promise that I remember a great deal else of what he told us!!! He was wonderful.
I will recommend Presto to anyone I know who intends to visit Rome and hope to book with you again in the future.

My daughter and I loved our tour of the Vatican Museum and St Peter's. Our tour guide, a very bubbly young lady from California was just great. She was interesting, never boring, and a wealth of information. It was obvious she loved art! Thank you presto for a great experience.

We have been on tours with 3 different tour groups so far while in Italy and the Presto tour of Ancient Rome and The Colesium was by far the best. We can not for the life of us remember our tour guides name, but he was so informative and fun. I majored in Architecture while in college and some of the professors lectures where so boring. Our tour guide went over the same stuff but made it fun. If you can let us know the name of our tour guide that would be great. We would like to write a review on Tripadvisor.com and would like to recommend him.

My family was very happy with presto tours. It is the third time, now, I have used presto to give the tour of the colosseum, forum, and palatine hill and each time we have been very pleased. Michael is a great tour guide.

This was our sixth trip to Italy but only our second to Rome. We enjoyed it so much that we hope to return many more times to Italy and we will certainly include Rome on any future visit. One of the highlights of our trip was our visit to the Vatican which was conducted by Presto Tours. The small number in our group contributed in very large measure to our enjoyment and the enthusiasm and depth of knowledge of our guide proved a major factor in making our tour so memorable. You may rest assured that we shall again avail of your services and recommend you to any of our friends who are visiting Italy.
We should like to know if you conduct tours in any other Italian cities, particularly Florence, Venice or Sorrento (Pompeii).

guide (Canadian fellow) did an excellent job, it was not boring at all, he
explained the different things by including some jokes and time flew by. We

Our guide, Ryan, was very good--his explanations were clear and concise and the tour was very well-organized.
Without the tour, I am sure we would have never been able to visit the Vatican Museums which was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome.

I must admit that when you book these tours on the internet you do feel a bit dubious and you always wonder whether the comments sent in by people are genuine but I can assure you this feedback is.
The booking side of the tour was very easy and the instructions sent back by email were easy to follow.
Our guide, Ryan, turned up exactly on time and took us on a tour of the Vatican and St Peter's Basilica that was thoroughly enjoyed by everybody in my party. He was so full of enthusiasm and interesting to listen to - pointing out little things that made the tour even more interesting - the three hours went by so quickly. We also agree that keeping the numbers in the party small is an excellent idea as with bigger parties you do not always get to hear everything.
I will certainly recommend you to any friends or acquaintances who wish to head off to Rome and when we go again we will certainly look to book one of your other tours.

We did indeed participate on your Vatican tour on Saturday 3rd November with Ryan.
Our overall experience was extremely positive. We found Ryan very well informed, thorough, approachable and a delight to be around for 3 hours or so. Our party, of four adults, came away feeling that the contribution of the Tour Guide enhanced the history and splendour of the Vatican and, consequently, this tour became the highlight of our short stay in Rome.

We wanted to let you know that this 4 hour tour of the Vatican was EXCEPTIONAL. Not the Vatican and museums, which is amazing, but our guide, Michael. He was incredible. He was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun. We learned so much and there wasn't a question we asked that he didn't have more information about than one could imagine. While he has an incredible depth of knowledge, he has a wonderful, enthusiastic presentation. We would highly recommend your tours but definitely Michael.

We Pre-booked our Presto tour of the Vatican from England.
We were met by our guide, Matthew, on time and in the exact location defined by you.
Matthew was an excellent guide and helped to make our visit memorable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day break in Rome and the tour of the Vatican Museum and St Peters with Presto tours was definitley a highlight.

We had a lovely time thankyou in rome, there was nine in our party, and I'm sorry to say I didn't get the ladies name who did our tour. She was a lovely girl very informative, knowledgeable and I'm sure I speak for us all we wouldn't have enjoyed our vatican tour as much without her, she certainly knows a lot and enjoys herself we also thought the headsets were a very good idea we didn't miss a thing, I would certainly reccommend yourselves and no hesitaion of booking with yourselves again if I am lucky enough to go back to Rome.

We were met by a very enthusiastic young American woman who knew her stuff and made it very light and entertaining.

We loved our tour! My Mom has trouble hearing sometimes especially in crowds, I mentioned this to the guide, Steve, and he took extra special care of her. She stayed close to Steve and vice versa. The individual head phones were perfect for her, she was able to turn hers up. The tour of the Vatican Museum was her favorite tour. I have attached a couple of pictures of Tour Guide Steve and my Mom Irene. Thank you Thank you for making her tour so wonderful!

Our tours were wonderful and we learned so much from your guides. We used Presto for the Colosseum & Vatican City tours. Your guides were very friendly and full of information that we could have never gotten from any books. They are obviously very passionate about Roman History and it came through in the tour. I would recommend Presto to everyone traveling to Rome. The group size of 15 max was a perfect size and made the tour seem personalized. We cannot speak highly enough of your tours. The guides we had (Mitra for Colosseum/Forum) and Ryan (Vatican Museums) were knowledgeable and personable. The presentations were well-paced and informative, and when we asked questions they could give us a great deal more depth. In other cities we used tour companies and none came up to the Presto standard. In many cases where there was an Italian guide, and while their English was fine, their accent reduced comprehension on some occasions. This affected other members of the tour party too.
When will you set up in Venice? Their tours were lightweight compared with yours.

Our experience with Presto was absolutely perfect. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, and enhanced our visits to the Vatican and Ephesus tremendously. In addition, we can't say enough good things about the drivers who met us at our hotel in Rome, drove us to the ship, and upon our return, drove from the ship to the airport. They were very punctual, drove safely, and the vehicles were comfortable. We will definitely contact Presto the next time we are planning a trip. Your company is terrific!!!!!

I'd have to say we had an outstanding experience with Presto tours. One thing that was interesting is that there were so many other tour groups that we actually had something to compare ours to. The Presto groups were smaller and more personal, which we really enjoyed. We actually got to ask questions of our tour guide, something I didn't see a lot of on other tours.
The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and we learned quite a bit about each site (Roman ruins and Vatican).
Also, we ended up with flight issues which caused us to miss our original Vatican Tour and you guys stepped right up and rescheduled us for another day - that was fantastic and we really appreciate it.
I'd give you guys a solid "A".

Thank you Presto Tours…. you're number one in my book and will be highly recommended. This was the first time I made arrangements for limo service and a tour through the internet, so I didn't know what type of service to expect. The drivers with your limo service were courteous and prompt on both occasions, and the Vatican tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to point out facts about the Sistine Chapel before we entered the museum so we would have a better understanding of what we were viewing and continued to point out facts and answer questions throughout our tour. I wanted to thank Presto tours for the best tour I had in Italy last week. Anton was our tour guide who was very knowledgeable (how does one remember all the details of Italian history - must of majored in it I guess!) We've just arrived home from Rome, and I couldn't wait to get on the computer and tell you how wonderful your guide Michael is!! My husband and I took the Vatican City/St Peter's tour this past Saturday(10/6). This coincidentally just happened to be our one year wedding anniversary. When we saw the line to get into the Vatican Museum, we were worried. But Michael kept us well informed and quite entertained. The stories he told and the information he shared were AMAZING!! (never redundant or boring). The most impressive thing is the fact that he stayed well past the scheduled tour time of 3hrs to make sure we were able to see everything. We would have loved to thank him personally, but we had an anniversary dinner scheduled soon after. We have friends traveling out to Italy next year and you can be sure PRESTO TOURS comes highly recommended!!

Of all the things we did while in Italy, the tour of the Vatican was perhaps the most informative and enjoyable part of our trip. It was time very well spent. Your guide, I believe his name was Ryan or Brian, was so great - really well versed in the history of the art, as well as the events that have taken place through the years. He was wonderful!!! Also, so appreciated the small size of the group and the headphones (last time I did the Vatican tour there were 35 or 40 people in the group and no headsets!)
We have already recommended your tour service to three or four other people we met while on vacation who were looking for a tour. We will also recommend your service to anyone traveling to Italy in the future.

We really enjoyed our trip to Rome and were so glad we chose to do our Presto tour on a Wednesday. We spent the morning walking around St. Peter's square, admiring the Basilica and dome from the outside, as well as the fountains, the colonade and listening to the Pope in this magnificent setting! We were ready and waiting for our tour group at 1pm and Mia was right on time. She is really fantastic and we cannot say enough about her. We were amazed with her knowledge of art history and how her obvious love for the subject matter kept our interest the entire time. She interjected funny stories, was very personable to each member of the small group and answered every question that was asked. She was also very respectful of the Vatican museum guides and security guards, always acknowledging them and saying hello (ciao!) There was no line to wait in, which was amazing.
You have done everything right as far as I can tell. Your website gives full information and once the tour is booked your meeting instructions were perfect. Even the time of day worked out great - I'm still amazed at no line to wait in to buy the tickets! And we feel lucky to have had Mia as our guide - she was the best! I will definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

Booking the tour was a snap, the experience was as advertised. The group was small, the guide spoke English with an English accent not Italian which was much easier to understand for us Americans. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and began answering questions while we were in line which took our minds off of our long wait. The directions to the meeting place was great, even we found it :)

We would like to thank you for your wonderful tours of the Vatican, Colosseum, Forum & Palatine Hill.
Jo, our guide on the Vatican tour on Saturday 8 September was so knowledgeable, we wouldn't have learned as much without her. The Tapestry Room at the Vatican Museums was wonderful, especially Jo pointing out a very interesting aspect on one of the tapestries. We would never have noticed, so thank you Jo, we will never forget! I will not disclose what the surprise is as I don't wish to spoil the tour. We know a lot of people who have visited the Vatican on their own but you do need a guide. Jo was so enthusiastic in her love of history and art.
Mike, our guide on the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill Tour on Sunday 9 September was also wonderful in his knowledge and really brought everything to life with his descriptions, I could almost hear the crowds in the Colosseum way back in ancient times! Palatine Hill is breathtaking in proportions and without Mike we would have been wandering around trying to figure out things for ourselves.

We have just returned from our trip to Italy and would like to say how
pleased we were with both tours we took with you. The registration process
was easy; we liked your notification of where to meet the tour guide --
having the photo of the location especially helped. When we were in Rome,
it was even hotter than usual, especially on the day we took the
Colosseum/Roman Forum tour and both guides tried to make us as comfortable
as possible. We were happy with both Joshua and Daniela, but really want to
say how wonderful Daniela was. It is an inspiration to see someone so
passionate about her subject matter and so excited to relay the information
to her tour participants. I wish we had had more time in Rome to take some
of your other tours.

Our tour was brilliant. The tour guide was a girl named Liz from Dublin. She took time to explain lots of stuff to us, important things we may have missed if we where on our own. WELL DONE LIZ. I recently took my son to Rome and we did both your Coloseum and
Vatican City tours. They were both great. The tour guides were VERY up on their topics. The pace was quick and they finished pretty much
right on time. I certainly will return to Italy, and when I do, I would certainly consider one of your tours again. Thank you for a great experience,
especially for my 17 year old son - a tough audience - and he enjoyed the tours, even in the 90+ degree heat.

We were very happy with our tour of the Vatican with Agnes, our tour guide. Our group included three children, and Agnes was able to keep them interested in what we were seeing, as well as answer their many questions, and she also pointed out many things that might be of peculiar interest to children, though everyone in the group seemed fascinated by these details as well! Having taken other tours in Italy that were not booked through your company, I can say that yours was particularly well organized, prompt, kept the number of participants to a manageable level, and provided a guide who was easy to understand, well informed, and at ease talking to a group. Our Vatican tour was fantastic and the best experience we had in Rome. Our
guide, (Liz), was simply delightful, regaling us with a wealth of interesting information and amusing anecdotes delivered in such a way as to

We really enjoyed both of our tours
Daniella was our guide for the Coliseum and ancient ruins tour - she was fabulous, knowledgeable and energetic. She even escorted us to the Jewish ghetto and told us how to get to the Campo de fiore. The group was small and we were able to ask questions and interact without the limits of large groups. Elizabetha was our Vatican City tour guide - again she was wonderful. Her knowledge was unparalleled and she was so sweet and personable. I felt that my experiences with presto tours enriched my trip to Rome and added to the culture and fun of the city

The tour was FANTASTIC!! The meeting place was convenient and your e-mail
with the picture & arrow made it very easy to find. We took the tour on
Saturday, June 23rd at 11:00 and I believe our tour guide's name was Joanne
or Joanna. She was terrific! She was very knowledgeable about the art &
history of the Vatican Museums & spoke perfect English (I think she was from
Great Britain). She thoroughly explained the Sistine Chapel & what we were
going to see & gave us time to simply be amazed by it all. She encouraged &
answered all of our questions. The Vatican & St. Peter's Basilica are so
overwhelming that I can't imagine seeing it without the help of a Presto
tour guide. I would highly recommend your tours to anyone traveling to Rome!
I also want to thank you for allowing us to change our tour date. The trains
were on strike on Friday & we couldn't get from Florence to Rome until
Saturday. Your tour was a highlight of our week in Italy!

Overall, we were very pleased with both of our Presto
Tours. We enjoyed the Colosseum/Ancient Rome tour the
most. Our tour guide for that was Anthony and he was
SO very knowledgeable about every question that was
asked of him and gave tons of info on everything -
very cool. And he planned our tour very efficiently
too - making sure we made the most of our time and the
shade, and limit the amount of time we waited in line
at the Colosseum. Elizabeth (our tour guide)
was also very knowledgeable about all the questions
asked of her and gave lots of interesting information
about the Vatican, things in it and also info on Rome
and entertaining ourselves afterward.
Both of our tour guides were extrememly warm and
friendly. They do a great job of relating to every
personality thrown at them. We would definitely
choose Presto again in the future and recommend Presto
to anyone we know looking for tours.

We can not express fully to you how wonderful our tour of Vatican City was. Desptie a terribly hot day, touring in an extremely crowded area, Maya made out day highly educational and delightful. In fact our wish was that we had Maya as our personal tour guide for the entire time in Rome, and we tried to book with her for the Colluseum the following day but unfortunately her tour was booked full. Thank you for the followup and please give Maya our regards and mention that we hope to see her on our next visit to Rome. .

We were greatly impressed with our Colosseum tour and guide. It ended up
being one of the best parts of our 2 week European vacation. Our
guide at the Colosseum was awesome! I can't remember her name, but she is
from Romania and she comes to help in the summers while she is out of
school. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and funny. We really enjoyed
her! Kudos to her!

We just got back from our Italy vacation last night. My husband and I had a
wonderful time. We spent the last three days in Rome. I want to thank you
for giving us our preference of tour guides. I had read comments about Maya
and thought she sounded terrific. We were not disapointed. She was very
knowledgable, entertaining, and patient throughout our private tour of
Vatican City. Both of us learned so much that we would have not been able to
gather on our own. We were a bit late for our tour because we had to walk
from the Collseum...couldn't find a taxi. Maya was very accomodating and
found a bar for us to get water and a sandwich to take on our tour. She
brought the history of the St. Peter's and the Vatican alive for us. I
cannot say enough about how wonderful of a guide she was...she would be an
excellent History professor!
By the end of the tour, we were sad to leave her. She really took
ownership of our well being and satisfaction. At the end, she even got us a
taxi and negotiated our fare!

Thank you Presto Tours…. you're number one in my book and will be highly recommended. This was the first time I made arrangements for limo service and a tour through the internet, so I didn't know what type of service to expect. The drivers with your limo service were courteous and prompt on both occasions, and the Vatican tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to point out facts about the Sistine Chapel before we entered the museum so we would have a better understanding of what we were viewing and continued to point out facts and answer questions throughout our tour.
