Payment Policy To reserve with Presto Tours one of the following credit cards is required: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. All reservations are confirmed immediately in real time. Guests will receive confirmation both online and to the email address provided on the reservation form. The full amount is due at the time of reservation. Credit cards will be charged in real time. Please note that, when applicable, entrance fees are separate from the tour cost and are payable in Euro cash on the day of your visit. Exception: Please note that the only exception to entrance fees being payable on the day of your visit is the Vatican entrance fee which is payable in advance and will automatically be added to the tour cost. This applies to the 'Vatican VIP Group Tour', 'Vatican VIP Private Tour', and 'Vatican VIP Tickets Reservation (no tour)'. Since the Vatican entrance fee is payable in advance, no amount will be due on the day of your visit.   Cancellation Policy Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to reserved tour date are refundable and will incur a 15 Euro cancellation fee per transaction. No refunds will be granted for late cancellations, late arrivals to tour meeting points, or no-shows to tour meeting points. A no-show is classified as when the Presto Tours guest is not present at the pre-established meeting point at the pre-established meeting time as detailed in the tour confirmation email. From the time of receipt of tour confirmation, Presto Tours clients are responsible for printing out their tour confirmation email and for locating the meeting point and arriving to the meeting point promptly. Presto Tours is not responsible under any circumstances for clients who are unable to locate tour meeting points or who fail to arrive to tour meeting points at the specified time. Please note that unforeseen events can and do occur on occasion, (i.e. labor strikes, protests, train strikes, metro strikes, taxi strikes, flight delays, flight cancellations, unforeseen construction, unannounced museum closing, St. Peter's Basilica closing, Sistine Chapel closing etc.). Please note that Presto Tours is not responsible for such events and that refunds will not be made. In the very rare case that one of the attractions on your scheduled tour itinerary is closed on the day of your visit, Presto Tours will provide an alternate itinerary and the Presto Tour guide will carry out a modified 3 hour tour. In order to ensure easy communication between guests and Presto Tours, it is required that Presto Tours guests submit an Italy contact number prior to their first scheduled tour date. This may be a hotel phone number and/or personal cell phone number. Presto Tours guests are encouraged to check their phone messages with their hotel reception in the extremely rare case that Presto Tours deems it necessary to cancel or reschedule tours due to guide illness, accident, or due to any of the abovementioned unforeseen events listed above.   Privacy All information entered on Presto Tours' reservation form are encrypted and submitted through a secure server.
